RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION, WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, PLACE THE ITEM SECURELY IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and contact us at info@rmatugelovani.com within three days of receiving your package. WE will provide you with further instructions and assist you throughout the return process.

REFUNDS

AFTER RECEIVING YOUR RETURN AND INSPECTING THE CONDITION OF YOUR ITEM, WE WILL PROCESS YOUR RETURN excluding any original shipping costs. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 7 DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEM TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.

  2. After dropping off your package at the post office or handing it over to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held liable for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during transit. While we will assist you to the best of our ability in tracking your shipment and resolving any issues, the ultimate responsibility lies with the shipping carrier once the package is in their possession.

  3. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND SECURE! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS. ITEMS MARKED UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS WILL BE REISSUED IF AND WHEN THEY ARE RECEIVED BACK AND WILL INCUR A RE-SHIPPING FEE.
