RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love your item, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please review the details below before initiating a return.
RETURNS
Customers must contact us by the next day after receiving the shipment to request a return.
Items must be shipped back within 4 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all original tags.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email info@rmatugelovani.com by the next day after receiving the shipment. We will guide you through the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund, excluding any original shipping costs. Please allow at least 7 days for processing.
