RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love your item, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please review the details below before initiating a return.

RETURNS

  • Customers must contact us by the next day after receiving the shipment to request a return.

  • Items must be shipped back within 4 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all original tags.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email info@rmatugelovani.com by the next day after receiving the shipment. We will guide you through the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund, excluding any original shipping costs. Please allow at least 7 days for processing.

  1. After placing your order, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process and ship your item(s), depending on the current traffic and sales volume. We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us regarding the status of your order before these 10 days have elapsed. Rest assured, we are working diligently to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

  2. After dropping off your package at the post office or handing it over to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held liable for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during transit. While we will assist you to the best of our ability in tracking your shipment and resolving any issues, the ultimate responsibility lies with the shipping carrier once the package is in their possession.

  3. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND SECURE! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS. ITEMS MARKED UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS WILL BE REISSUED IF AND WHEN THEY ARE RECEIVED BACK AND WILL INCUR A RE-SHIPPING FEE.
